Mrs. Mary Belle Jarrett Huffman

Mary was born on September 2nd 1920 in Catawba County to the late Obid Weir Jarrett Sr. and Polly Grace Whitener Jarrett.

In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Earl Howard Huffman, and a son Gary H. Huffman and a sister Elizabeth Jarrett..

She was a member of St. Stephens Lutheran Church Mo. Synod and was retired from Kroehler Furniture Company.

Surviving are two daughters, Judy H. Bowman and husband Grady G. of Hickory, Kathy H. Johnson of Newton , a daughter-in-law, Reaca B. Huffman of Catawba, eight grandchildren, three step-grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and a number of step great-grandchildren and great great grandchildren two sisters Brenda J. Lewis of Conover, and Rebecca “Beckie” Melton and husband Jim of Todd, NC. two brothers, O.W. Jarrett Jr. and wife Evelyn of Hickory and Perry Luther Jarrett of Conover .

Funeral services will be held on Saturday November 6th 2010 at 11:00 A.M. St. Stephens Lutheran Church Mo Synod with the Reverend David Ziehr officiating.

Burial will follow in the Church cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Saturday November 6th 2010 from 9:30 A.M. until 10:45 A.M.at the church.
