Marie was born February 14, 1922 in Missouri to the late Perry and Lena Hawn.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Theodore Flowers, 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
She attended Calvary Baptist Church and retired from Walkers Knitting.
Surviving are sons, Max Flowers and wife Beth, Benny Flowers and Willard “Karate” Flowers all of Hickory, grandsons, Adam Flowers, Cooper Flowers and Tyler Flowers all of Hickory, granddaughter, Shea Rostan of Hickory and a sister, Betty Annas and husband, Tellas of Hudson.
Funeral services will be Thursday, July 8, at 11:00 A. M. at Hickory Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Ernest Richards officiating.
Burial will follow in the St. Stephens Lutheran Church, Mo. Synod Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 9:45 until 10:45 A. M. at Hickory Funeral Home.
