Joyce Arlene Nalley

Joyce Arlene Stilwell Nalley, 67, of Hickory, passed away Thursday, October 11, 2018, at her residence. Born March 11, 1951 in Catawba County, she was the daughter of the late Harley Stilwell and Lucy Culp Stilwell. Joyce retired from Rocktenn Paper Co.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Lee Nalley, and brother, Elwin Stilwell.

Joyce is survived by her sisters, Hazel Fulbright and husband Steve of Hickory, Judy Gilcrease and husband Roy of Texas, numerous nieces and nephews, and her furry companion, Sugar.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 in the Chapel of Drum Funeral Home in Hickory with Pastor Bill Sturm officiating. Inurnment will follow in Catawba Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
