Johnny Wyatt Cole

HICKORY – Johnny Wyatt Cole, 67 of Hickory went home to be with the Lord on December 12, 2023.

Born on November 24, 1956 in Burke County, he was son of Doris Cole and the late John Cole. Johnny loved his family and his animals.

Left to cherish his memory are his beloved partner of 36 years, Christine Parker; his children, Jason Cole, Jared Cole and wife Kristin, Erica Conner and husband Cody; grandchildren, Kaydence Cole, Kaitlynn Cole, Jalen Cole, Aleigha Cole, Noah Cole, Karlee Cole, Adalyn Cole, Kamryn Cole, Elijah Jordan, Logan Jordan, Josiah Jordan, Jaxson Jordan, Brody Conner; brothers, Eric Cole and wife Amy, Brett Cole and wife Renee; nephews, Dylan Cole, Tyler Cole; and numerous other family members.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 1 PM at Catawba Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Catawba Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 11:30 AM – 1 PM at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Catawba County Humane Society.
