John William Nye

John was born on May 14th, 1969 in Catawba County to John R. Nye and Judy Burris Nye.

John was a member of St Stephens Lutheran Church MO Synod and previously worked for Century Furniture and Jones Fish Camp.

John is survived by a son, John William Nye Jr. of Conover, a daughter, Carlie Mary Nye, of Conover, father, John R. Nye, of Hickory, mother, Judy Burris Nye, of Hickory, two brothers, Keith Lynn Nye and wife, Kim of Hickory, Lanny Joe Nye, of Claremont and numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 24th, 2010 at 1 :00 PM at St Stephens Lutheran Church MO Synod, with the Reverend David Guelzow and Reverend David Ziehr officiating.

The body will lie-in- state from 12:30 P.M. until 1:00 P.M. at the church.

Interment will follow at St Stephen Lutheran Church MO Synod Church Cemetery.
