Newton – Hu Yang, 61 of Newton went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at his residence surrounded by his family.
Born on May 5, 1961 in Laos, Hu was the son of the late Chou Chao Yang and Yer Lee.
Those left to cherish his memory include, his wife of 42 years, Deu Vue; with his children: Samuel Yang, Malia Yang, Peter Yang, Jimmie Yang, and Ming Yang.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at Catawba Funeral Home on August 13 & 14, 2022 at 9:00 am until 8:00 pm with Pastor Ntxoov Bee Khang officiating.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Saturday. 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Sunday.
