Gary Stuart Indenbaum

He grew up in a loving family to parents, Albert and Emma Indenbaum in Bridgeport, CT. He was a beloved son and the dearest brother to his three sisters, Lori, Susan and Marsha.

Gary was a dedicated psychologist in his community for over 40 years. His compassion and empathy towards those in need led to a rewarding and healing journey for many. To all who knew him he was a devoted and loyal friend whose energy and joy for life was boundless and infectious. Gary had a passion for music and seeking adventure, especially scuba diving with his three closest friends, Jim, Doug and Sandy.

Gary is survived by his two sons, Kevin and Jason, granddaughters, Emma and Vera, his cherished partner, Kelley, two sisters, Lori and Susan, former wife, Susan and many friends.

A service to celebrate his life will be held Tuesday, December 31st at 10:00am at Drum Funeral Home, 940 29th Ave NE, Hickory, NC 28601.
