Eulon Eugene Warren

Eulon was born on September 18, 1924 in Catawba to the late Clifford Eugene and Cordie Travis Warren.

He was also preceded in death by a son, James Philip Warren, 6 sisters and 3 brothers.

He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, retired from J. P. Stevens and was a veteran of WW II.

Surviving are his wife, Barbara Simpson Warren of the home, daughters: Beth Moody and husband, Bert of Granite Falls and Genia Eggers and husband, Randy of Hickory and a son: Tim Warren of Conover, daughter-in-law: Mary Long and husband, Gary of Conover, granddaughters: Amber Morrison and husband, Joey of Granite Falls and Kristin Eggers of Hickory, grandsons: Philip Warren, II and wife Heather of Granite Falls, Brandon Eggers and wife, Kayla of Hudson, Kyle Eggers of Hickory and Blake Hefner of Conover, aunt: Maude Hunt of Hickory, great granddaughter, Anna Marie Warren of Granite Falls and a number of cousins.

Services will be on Thursday, April 7, at 2 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church with the Reverends John Woodard and Rosa Erickson officiating.

Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 7, 2011 from 12:30 until 1:45 p.m. at the church.
