Ernest "Ken" McKinley Dagenhart

Born in Iredell County on June 9, 1940, he was the son of the late Ernest Bain and Vivian Church Dagenhart.

In addition to his parents, his son Alan Dagenhart, sisters Wahtula Sloan and Cleda Carson preceded him in death.

Ken was a Navy veteran, and retired from Cranford Woodcarving.

His son Steven Dagenhart (Lisa) of Stony Point; daughter Donna Lovill (Johnny) of Concord, granddaughters Amy Dagenhart (Brooke) of Morganton, and Angela Suazo (Jose) of Metairie, LA; 3 sisters, Verna Mills (bob) of Troutman, Theresa Neel (Keith) of Wilkesboro, and Cecelia Goodman of Cleveland; 4 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren, special friends Cindy Campbell, Keith Lowman, Tim and Linda Lowman survive him.

Graveside service will be held, Thursday, December 28, 2023 at 11:00 am at Marvin Methodist Church Cemetery, 671 Marvin Church Court, Stony Point, NC 28678, with Jeff Carson officiating.
