Elizabeth Gail Sprouse

Born June 30, 1939 in Catawba County, she was the daughter of the late Paul Brady Burns and Della Elizabeth Abee Burns. A member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church where she was a former Choir member and office administrator. She was very active in all areas of the church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Johnny Robert Burns.

Gail is survived by her husband of 65 years, Larry Randolph Sprouse Sr.; son, Randy Sprouse and wife, Linda; daughter, Dawn Elizabeth Chapman and husband, Rick; sister, Judy Burns Jones; grandchildren, Jason Sprouse, Ashley Douglas, Corey Wiles and Lauren Sheets; great-grandchildren, Nolan Sprouse, Julian Sprouse, Morgan Douglas, and Zara Sheets.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor Christopher Webb officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
