Donald Pinkney Killian

Donald was born May 30, 1930 in Catawba Co. to the late Guy and Cleo Hefner Killian.

In addition to his parents he was also preceded in death by a sister, Jeannie Killian Turpin.

Donald was a Beloved husband and father and was a charter member of Our Saviour Lutheran. He retired from Sealed Air Corp as a supervisor and was a veteran of the Korean Conflict having served in the army.

Surviving are his wife, Janice Gantt Killian of the home, his daughter; Amy Killian Todd and husband, Robert of Milton, WV and his son; Donald P. Killian, Jr. and wife, Julie of Conover, his granddaughters; Ashley Morgan and her husband, Bradley of Granite Falls, Dharma Killian of Conover and a brother-in-law, Thomas Turpin of Big Island,VA.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday March 20,2012 at Our Saviour Lutheran Church with the Reverend Robert J. Stevens officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
