Devin Tyler Alderman

Devin Tyler Alderman, 28 of Hickory went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 22nd, 2024 at his residence.

Born on October 2nd, 1995 in Catawba County, NC, Devin was the son of Kevin Alderman and Robin Denise Lail. Devin grew up hunting with his grandparents in Virginia, as well as riding 4 wheelers, which he loved to do even as an adult. He always looked out for family. He loved his family and his family loved him. Devin will be dearly missed.

He is preceded in death by, his grandfather, Clydie Lail; a great uncle, Randy Speagle; a great grandfather, Alton Alderman; 2 great grandmothers, Helen Perkins and Louise Coggins.

Those left to cherish his memory include, his children, a son, Bryson Alderman; a daughter, Zoey Alderman; a stepson, Jordan Blevins; a stepdaughter, Riley Blevins, his wife, Natalie Martin Alderman of Hickory; his mother, Robin Lail of Hickory; his father, Kevin Alderman of Connelly Springs. Siblings; a sister, Ashley Sigmon and her husband Marcus Gienger of Newton; 2 brothers, Parker Rubel and Kinston Rubel of Hickory; a niece, Kaydison Sanders of Hudson; 4 grandparents, Sandra Morgan of Connelly Springs, Kenneth and Carol Alderman of Connelly Springs, Vanessa Sanders of Hudson; great grandmother, Beatrice Speagle of Longview; an aunt, Kelly Vaughn of Glen Alpine, and an uncle, Keith Alderman of Maryville, TN and numerous cousins.

A visitation will be held at Catawba Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 28th 2024 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
