Dallas Samuel Greene

He was born in Burke County on March 6, 1998, to Carolyn Parsons Russ.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Deborah Duncan and Gary Parsons.

Dallas was honorably discharged from the United States Navy as an MMA3. He liked to fill his time with hiking, traveling, flag football, smoking meats/bbq, and going to the gym regularly. Dallas was an avid gamer with his beloved friends from all across the country. He was a handyman in training, he always put in a helping hand. There was rarely a time that he was seen without a smile on his face. Dallas was loved more than he ever knew.

He is survived by his mother Carolyn Russ of Granite Falls; his brother Nathaniel Lambert of Hudson; his uncle Eric Parsons of Granite Falls; cousin Delaney Parsons of Boone; Paul and Annette Burson of Granite Falls, who was like his parents; Paul Burson IV, was like his brother; and grandfather Steve Duncan of Granite Falls.

The family will receive friends, Tuesday, February 7, 2023 from 4:00 pm to 5:45 pm at Center Grove Baptist Church.

Memorial service will be held, Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 6:00 pm at Center Grove Baptist Church with Pastor Chris Helderman and Pastor Brian Correll officiating.
