Cindy Regina Propst

Cindy R. Propst, 49, of Hickory, passed away on Sunday, August 5, 2018 at her residence. Born March 31, 1969 in Hickory, she was the daughter of Geraldine Jolly Propst. She was employed in the textile industries.

Cindy was a loving, caring person who always tried to build up whomever she met. She had an artistic talent and loved to draw. Cindy worked the majority of her career in textiles as a machine operator.

Cindy was preceded in death by her brother, Jerome Propst and sister, Gail R. Jolly.

In addition to her mother, Geraldine Propst, she is survived by her daughter, Jazmine Dillingham of Hickory; son, Josh Dillingham and Jesse Huffman of Maiden and grandchildren, Aiden Mungro and Ariyana Davidson.

A service of remembrance will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 10, 2018 at Drum Funeral Home in Hickory with Pastor Elouise Farley officiating. Burial will follow in Southside Cemetery.

The family will receive from 1:00 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
