Carolyn Duncan Jones

Carolyn was born February 13, 1946 in McDowell Co. to the late Chester and Sue Duncan Duncan.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Hedrick and a brother, Eugene Duncan.

She was a member of The Lighthouse Ministries and retired from Hickory Yarns.

Surviving are her husband, Charles “Ronnie” Jones of the home; daughter, Tina Merritt and husband, Billy, of Newton; son, Tim Garrison and wife, Nancy, of Conover; granddaughter, Carol Merritt of Newton and a grandson, Timothy Garrison of Conover; stepsons, Kenneth Jones and Allen Jones both of Hickory; Sis-In-Law, Sandra Shaw of McKinney, TX.

Services will be Sunday at 1:00 P. M. at Hickory Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jesse Hamlett and Rev. Jerome Walker officiating.

Burial will follow in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 7:00 – 8:30 P. M. at Hickory Funeral Home.
