Ms. Angela Lee Seay

Born on January 7th, 1966 in Gaston County, NC Angela was the daughter of the late Jerry Payne and Janice Proctor Payne. Angie was a sweet woman who loved everybody she met and cared for those around her. She never met a stranger and made everyone feel welcome and important. She was cherished by everyone in her life. She was the best listener and would sit and talk to anyone. She was a woman of strong faith and loved Jesus. We love you, Mom.

In addition to her parents, Angela is preceded in death by her uncle, Joey Proctor; her aunt, Phyllis Greene, and her grandmother, Levertis White.

Those left to cherish her memory include, her sons, Justin Seay and Joshua Seay; her brothers, Darryl Payne, Kerry Payne, Chipper Payne, Ezekiel Payne and Jerry Payne; her grandson, Charles; her granddaughter ,Cassie; her cousin, Brenlynn (Isabella); her cousins, Cole (Luke), Scottie Payne and Mandie Payne.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, April 18, 2025 at 2:00 pm at Catawba Funeral Home with Pastor Jerry Ireland officiating.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

She will be laid to rest at Catawba Memorial Park following the service.
