His dedication to his students and his ability to inspire a love for learning made him a beloved figure in the school community. Following a long and successful career as a middle school teacher, Rogelio retired in 1993. However, retirement did not slow down his zest for life. He continued to embrace new experiences, spending quality time with his beloved wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Rogelio's family was his greatest joy, and he cherished every moment spent with them, creating lasting memories that will forever be cherished. His love and passion for flowers and gardening were evident in the landscaping of their warm and welcoming home.
