Mario De Jesus Posada

On May 31, 1934, in Colombia, a beautiful baby was born to parents, Jesus Restrepo and Maria Del Carmen Posada. He would be lovingly called Mario De Jesus Posada.

Mario, affectionately called "Mayo" or "Mayito", grew up in Manizales, Colombia. During his adult and working life, Mario took care of those around him. He was indeed a specialist and would assist those who came into his store, whether they needed help with a wound or any other kind of medical treatment.

On Wednesday, December 30, 2020, Mario passed away in Miami, Florida, leaving behind so many people who will miss him greatly. When asked to describe him, his Family remembers him as a great singer who enjoyed karaoke. He was also a great cook. Mario was a very lovable person who enjoyed giving to others. He was also a Christian man who had very strong beliefs.

Mario leaves behind a host of Family members, friends, and loved ones, including his wife, his 11 children, 2 sisters, 1 brother, 27 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. "Mayo" indeed leaves behind a great legacy.
