With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Julio Jose Alvarez Bethancourt, who left us on Sunday, August 18, 2024 in Hialeah, Florida. Julio was born in Cuba on April 16, 1939, a country that shaped his spirit and character.
Julio touched many lives with his generous heart and infectious laughter. He will be remembered dearly by his family, friends, and all who knew him. Julio's memory will forever live on in our hearts, and his legacy will continue through the lives he enriched with his presence.

A Visitation for Julio will be held on Friday, August 23, 2024 from 8:00 A.M. until 11:15 A.M. at Caballero Rivero Hialeah Funeral Home, 373 West 9 Street, Hialeah, Florida, 33010.
Following the Visitation, Julio will be laid to rest at 12:00 P.M. at Caballero Rivero Woodlawn West Cemetery, 14001 N.W. 178 Street, Miami, Florida, 33018.
