I met Seymour, his step-brother Michael Farbman, their younger brother David and parents; in the early to mid-1950s. We were competitive swimmers from two different Boys’  Clubs in Brooklyn ultimately becoming good friends.  As we grew older we became lifeguards on Coney Island and Brighton Beach in the latter part of the 1950s. We remained friends until the mid 1960s when we married and unfortunately our interests changed and gradually drifted apart and losing contact with each other.  A monumental loss to a friend after so many missed years.
