A chapel service for Phyllis will be held Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Boulevard-Riverside Chapels, 1450 Broadway, Hewlett, New York 11557. Following the chapel service will be a burial from 2:45 PM to 3:00 PM at Knollwood Park Cemetery, 57-80 Cooper Ave, Ridgewood, NY 11385.
