In her professional life, Sherry worked as a school bus driver for over 20 years. She was also a librarian at Mesquite Trails and Cottonwood Schools. Every school year she would transform the school library into a fun and enjoyable space for learning and creativity with elaborate decorations that the children loved.
Sherry worshipped at Living Hope Church in Hesperia and sang in the choir. Her faith was an important part of her life.
Outside of work, Sherry enjoyed gardening, playing board games and going out to eat with family and friends.
