Richard Arlyn Foran

Richard Arlyn Foran also known to those who loved him as only "Dick Foran" or "Dad" was born April 20, 1939 in the Black Hills of Custer South Dakota to a world devastated by the economics of the Great Depression. He passed away in Victorville California on August 3, 2019. He was born to a good family with an interesting history. He was related to actors and politicians. His own father was a writer. His parents were Hazel Irene Foran and Emmett Warren Foran. Dick Foran was a loving father and a hard worker. He was a Christian man. He worked for many years for USF Reddaway, He was a good provider for his family and received many awards for his performance. Dick Foran is missed greatly. Dick is survived by his biological daughter's Nikole Foran of Moreno Valley California and Michelle Foran of Seattle, Washington. Additionally, he is survived by his wife Robin Moen and her children. his step sons Rod Gossman, Kevin Foran and his step daughter Rhonda Hindman. His stepson, Randy Gossman, died a few weeks after Dick's own death.

Dick Foran was a beloved widower for many years until his recent marriage. He was proceeded into death by his wife Donna Foran of 26 years with whom he had Nikole Foran. The deaths of his brother's Warren Foran, Gary Foran, and Willard Foran also proceeded his own.

Nikole Foran said her dad was her best friend and she loved him very much and she would not have asked to be born to another man. He will be missed until we meet again.
