Dennis Ray Hubbard

February 16, 1945 to June, 26, 2016

Dennis was born to Merton and Doris Hubbard in Los Angeles, California. He was their third of four children. He grew up in Highland Park, attending: Mount Washington Elementary, Luther Burbank Junior High School, and Benjamin Franklin High School.

In the early 1960’s, Dennis began his career with Southern Pacific Railroad where he worked as a Brakeman and Conductor for many years. He eventually took an early medical retirement.

Dennis is survived by his wife of 37 years, Evelyn Hubbard. He is also survived by siblings: Mike and wife Sarah, Ronald and wife Elaine, and Lorraine and husband Harvey, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Dennis is preceded in death by his parents, and stepson, Marty.

Dennis will be cremated, and a memorial will be held, July 14, 2016, Thursday @ 11:00 AM at Kern Hesperia Mortuary, 16120 Main Street, Hesperia, CA.
