ROSEMARY CHANDLER Rosemary Chandler, 70, a retired substitute teacher, of Henderson, passed away Friday, Feb. 8, 2013. She was born Nov. 6, 1942, in Falls City, Neb., and was a 43-year resident of Nevada. Rosemary is survived by her husband, Randolph "Randy" Chandler; sons, Kevin Brice, Joseph (Julie) Brice, all of Hendrson, and Ron Chandler of Las Vegas; sister, Joyce Passovoy of Henderson; brothers, Jerry Campbell of Falls City, and Tobbie Campbell of Lincoln, Neb.; and four grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 19, at Palm Mortuary, 800 S. Boulder Highway.
