Sgt. Ron Mosner was the absolute and unequivocal backbone of the Southern Nevada Devil Pups (SNDP) program, for the past twenty years. The extensive success of the program is because of Sgt. Mosner's relentless commitment to benefiting teens in the Las Vegas, Henderson and Boulder City communities. Sgt. Mosner consistently dedicated his time supporting many veteran’s organizations. However, besides his eternal love for his wife, Nancy, SNDP was his passion and it showed through a variety of measures. His dedication ensured hundreds of teens their attendance in the ten-day Devil Pups encampment. Additionally, Sgt. Mosner would spend his own personal time and money to acquire supplies needed for teens in need.
He was loved and respected by many in the Las Vegas community for his no-nonsense approach and ability to get things done. His absence will be felt by many for years to come. His favorite statement "Get off your ass and on your dying feet"
