Robert LaBella, age 59, passed on June 6, 2022. He was the son of the late John and Doris LaBella. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Robert moved to Nevada over 20 years ago and made Henderson his home. An alumnus of Midwood High School in Brooklyn, NY and Columbia University in Manhattan, Robert was the first in his family to attend college. He was an entrepreneur and successful businessman, initially opening Union Tickets on November 10, 1982 at only 20 years of age and subsequently owning and operating Greenwich Tickets’. Robert was passionate about music, particularly classic rock (Bruce Springsteen, The Rolling Stones, and The Who) and an avid concert goer. He also loved sports, especially hockey and his favorite team, the New York Rangers. Robert was also a skilled poker player, at times
placing first in the tournaments he entered. He enjoyed traveling to Florida to visit family and exploring Henderson and Las Vegas. Robert was a good friend and he will be missed. Robert will be interred at Palm Boulder Highway Cemetery . In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame or to Three Square Food Bank.
