Noel L. Phillips, age 83, of Henderson, Nevada passed away on Friday, September 8, 2023. He was born in North Vernon, Indiana to his parents Herschel and Virginia Phillips. Noel graduated from North Vernon High School and enlisted in the U.S. Navy. Following his service, Noel attended business college in Indianapolis.
Noel was a 30 year resident of Henderson, Nevada. He was a loving husband and father who enjoyed spending time with his family, bowling, taking cruises, and was an ultimate sports nut!
He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife 21 years, Betty; his children children: Melissa Wagner, Eric Phillips, Barbara Zimmerman, Don Zimmerman, and Tony Hoops; one brother, Dennis Phillips; four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and loving family in West Virginia that love him very much.
A memorial service for Noel will be held Thursday, October 19, 2023 at 12:40 PM at Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Memorial Drive, Boulder City, NV 89005.
