Linda L. Jones

Linda L. Jones, age 78, of Las Vegas, Nevada passed away on Friday, April 4, 2025. She was born in Everett, Washington to her parents Archie and Irene Ryals. A couple of years after graduation, Linda married Clarence Everett Jones, Jr. on April 8, 1966 at a church wedding in San Mateo, California; a marriage that would span over the next 59 years.

Linda was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother who lived her life for her family and her home. Home, for Linda and Clarence "Tom", for the next couple of decades, was where Tom was stationed while serving in the US Air Force. They were blessed with three children; and as their families grew, they were blessed with four grandchildren.

Linda was a homemaker who enjoyed the simple and quiet life in Las Vegas. In addition to caring and supporting her family, she liked to paint ceramics, do crossword puzzles and enjoy the company of her dogs and birds. She was an avid reader, and was a member of her TOPS Group. Linda was compassionate and kind, and will truly be missed.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, and her son, Michael Jones. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Tom Jones, Jr.; her sons: David and Steve Jones; her brothers: Rick and Larry Ryals; and her four grandsons: Robert, Nicholas, Alex and Andy Jones.

Funeral services for Linda will be held Monday, April 14, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Palm Mortuary Henderson, 800 South Boulder Highway, Henderson, NV 89015. Linda will be laid to rest at the Southern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1900 Veterans Mem, Boulder City, NV 89005.
