Donald “Don” Louis Fulford loving father, grandfather, and friend to many, peacefully passed away October 5th, 2017, while vacationing in Flagstaff, Arizona. Don was born in Mt. Holly, New Jersey on October 20th, 1960 to Doris and Frank Lippincott. He is survived by three sons Steven, Michael, and William, two sisters Rebecca and Rose, a brother Frank; and six grandchildren, Destin, Holden, Hunter, Ryatt, Teagan, and Alessandra. Don graduated from Rancocas Valley High School in 1978 followed by joining the Army, which saw him in stationed in Germany for two years. Don began a career in corrections upon returning to New Jersey and served for the New Jersey Department of Corrections for 15 years, with the last 8 as a Juvenile Rehabilitation Drill Instructor. This passion for helping misguided youth brought Don to Nevada in 2001 when he accepted an Assistant Warden position at a private youth rehabilitation center in Las Vegas. Don eventually joined the Security Department of the Las Vegas Convention Center; where he loved it and the people so much it never felt like work to him. Don was an avid motorcycle rider, often happiest when just cruising his Harley down the open desert highways. He was boisterous, out-going and enjoyed talking with everyone and helping anyone all while always being genuine and honest. Don often would go out of his way without ever being asked to help a stranger, proud in keeping these charitable acts secret. Don lived a life of love and happiness, always surrounded by loved ones and friends doing the things he enjoyed. A funeral service and burial will be held 2:00 PM on Tuesday, October 17, 2017, at the Palm Mortuary – Henderson; this will also be his final resting place, 800 South Boulder Highway, Henderson, NV, 89015.
