Carol Phyllis Rosen entered into eternal rest on April 26, 2015 at the age of 77 years old. Beloved wife to Yale, cherished mother to Mitchell (Meeghan) and Daniel (Samantha); adored grandmother to Benjamin, Helen, William and Nathan and loving sister to Lawrence (Cathy) Peltz.
A chapel service will be held on Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Jewish Memorial Chapel of Long Island, 46 Greenwich Street, Hempstead, New York and interment to follow at Beth Moses Cemetery, Wellwood Avenue, Farmingdale, New York.
