Vern Carlton Sawyer, 67, passed away on September 27, 2018, at Hemet Valley Medical Center in Hemet, California where he resided for ten years. Vern was born on June 20, 1951 in Long Beach, California to his late father Verne Carlton Sawyer Sr., and late mother Eva Shirley Mae Taylor.
Vern was one funny man, who loved his family, Pepsi, and watching movies very much. He was a great father and enjoyed taking his children on grand adventures. He was the life of a party and with his jokes he had everyone laughing. Vern loved and was loved by many. He enjoyed sitting outside on his porch to watch people, nature. He loved his beloved dog PJ who he missed every day of his life and his cat.
Vern is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Gary Sawyer. He was survived by his daughters, Sarah Guiza, Kimberly Sawyer, his sister Sherry Forsness, and his three beautiful grandchildren Joey, Micah and Gracelynn. Vern had a heart of gold and will be truly missed.
