She was born on Sunday, June 19, 1938 in Newark, New Jersey. She was the daughter of the late William Andrew and Marion Emma (Nawrath) McDowell. Sheila was a teacher’s aide for 25 years and loved working with children. She was preceded in death by her husband Ernon Ralph Terrell Jr to whom she was married to for 60 years. She was a member of the Bible Fellowship Church. She was a longtime member of the TOPS organization here in Hemet
She is survived by her children, William M. Terrell (Arlene), Lisa Terrell (Mark Moya), Kris Bailey, 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
A funeral and memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 11th at Bible Fellowship Church located at 26835 Columbia Avenue Hemet, California 92544.
