Richard Roger Puletu, age 50, of Moreno Valley, California, passed away, Friday, March 26, 2021, in Riverside, California. He was born on September 18, 1970 in Guam to Ioane and Vesi Puletu.
Those left to cherish his memory are mother, Vesi Puletu; siblings, Moana Omisong, Teresa Sepetaio and John Puletu, Jr. and a host of nieces and nephews. Richard was preceded in death by father, Ioane Puletu and brother, Joseph Puletu.
