Born Thursday, November 7, 1929 in Bell, California .
Ramona enjoyed camping, water skiing, bowling, going to the casino, and was an avid reader. She was happiest traveling with her husband. Ramona loved spending time with her family and doting on her grandchildren.
Ramona is preceded in death by her parents; Cecil J. and Fern Palmer, her brother Louis Palmer, and her daughter, Janice Marquez. She is survived by her beloved husband of over 62 years, Wilbur A. Snyder, her daughter Kerry DuFrain, son in law William, a brother, Owen Palmer, brother-in-law Denny (Marge) Snyder, 5 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
