Oliver Cromwell Butler II, 91 of Murrieta, California went home to be with the Lord on April 22, 2015.
Oliver was born on January 2, 1924 in Tampa, Florida, he was the son of the late Oliver Butler and the late Mary Davis Butler. He was the husband of Jacquelyn Green Butler.
Oliver served his country as a 2nd Lt in the Army Air Corp during WWII, then was a business owner for 20 years in Torrance, ending his career as an electrical Technician in a school district in Sacramento, CA.
Oliver is survived by his wife Jacquelyn and 4 children: Lynn Cole; Oliver "Sonny" Butler III; Barbara Torres; and Russell Butler. 8 Grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren. Oliver is preceded in death by his parents, and his son Darrell Evin Butler.
Graveside service will be held on May 1, 2015 at 9:30 AM at Miramar National Cemetery located at 5795 Nobel Drive San Diego, California 92122.
