Norman Lovelle Armstrong, 83 of Hemet, California passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2015, at Manor Care Health Services-Hemet in Hemet, California. He was a Veteran of the Korean War and served in the Air Force. He worked in the Aerospace Industry for over 30 years where he was a computer programmer. He has been a member of the Masonic Lodge for many years as a coach/teacher for the new members. He was very well liked and respected with the Masons. He liked to play flight simulator on his computer where he had the opportunity to fly all over the world. He also liked to fly his Ultra-Light in his younger years locally out of the Perris airport. Norman cared for many cats in his life, they were very important to him. His family describes him as a private man and a good friend. Surviving are son, Mark Armstrong and his wife Angela, daughter, Linda Thorburn her husband Randy, and 5 grand children. Donations can be made to the Masonic Homes.
