Martina Acque Fogarty, 88, of Mission Viejo, California passed away on Sunday, October 23, 2022. Martina "Que" was born on November 12, 1933 Trinidad of the West Indies to her parents, Charles Lee Chow and Mabel Paul. Que met the love of her life, William Fogarty, while he was in the Navy stationed in Trinidad and Tobago. Que was a devoted wife and loving mother. She was a highly talented seamstress and sewed many outfits for friends and family. Que was a hard worker, and spent over 20 years working for JC Penney. In her spare time, Que enjoyed travelling with her husband and taking cruises to Hawaii. Que was preceded in death by her husband, William Fogarty, her brother-in-law, John "Ted" Butler, her sister-in-law, Ellen Butler, and her son-in-law, Keith Phillips. She is survived by her son, Glenn Fogarty, her daughter, Jennifer Phillips, her grandchildren, Katherine (Glenn) Skidmore, Scott (Emma) Phillips, and Kelsi (Ellis) Calvillo, and the eight cousins from the Butler Family.
