Keith was born in St. Paul Minnesota to Myrna and Claude Miller, December 30, 1951. He graduated from Columbia Heights High School in 1969. He joined the Marine Corps at the age of 18, he served for four years. He received his Associates degree in Nursing from Cypress College. Keith worked many years as an ER Nurse, but he wanted to do more; he joined the Air Force Reserve as a Flight Nurse in October 1983. He served in Desert Storm and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He retired from the Air Force as Lt. Colonel in December 2008. While not on deployment he continued working as a nurse with the County of San Bernardino Sheriff’s Correctional Department, where he started his own wound clinic for men and women until he retired in January 2015.
Keith met the love of his life, Marilyn in 1977. They married in December 1987. They were married 34 years. They enjoyed traveling abroad, Retirement and spending time with family and their two grandchildren.
Keith loved building model military planes and tanks. He also picked up the love of photography.
Keith is survived by his wife Marilyn Miller, stepdaughter Nichole Douglas and husband Josiah, his mother Myrna DeMaio, brother Steve Miller and his wife Julia, brother Glenn Miller and his wife Vicki, sister Linda Brickles and her husband Rick and two grandchildren Devynn and Tristen Douglas.
Pallbearers: Josiah Douglas, Marvin Boltinghouse, Roger Boltinghouse, Eric Boltinghouse, Tim Hall and Don Grisham.
