Jimmy Walker

He is survived by his wife of 54 years Lois, a daughter Nikki Weeks, 4 sons, Jerrold, Jon, Joel and Jimmy Jr., 10 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

He was a retiree of Wilshire/Gulf/Chevron/Golden West Refining and later on drove school buses for Hemet Unified Schools.

Jim was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Heather Estates Owners Association, Shuffle board team and for a short time Hemet Breakfast Lions. For a number of years he was an AARP income tax aide.

Visitation will be held at Miller-Jones Mortuary, Friday, August 19, 2011 from 4-8:00pm. A memorial service will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at 11:00am.

A thank you luncheon will be held at Heather Estates Clubhouse immediately after for all the family, friends and neighbors who have helped so much during his long illness. Heather Estates is located at 1300 W. Menlo Ave. in Hemet, CA. Inurnment will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Endowment fund, 191 S. Columbia St., Hemet, CA 92543.
