Jason attended Elementary Schools in Orange and Corona, Ca, Middle School and High School in Riverside, Ca graduating in 1996. He went on to develop skills in automotive and motorcycle repair, residential and commercial plumbing, electrical, drywall and carpentry.
His interests and hobbies included cooking, camping, fishing, radio control cars, and desert toys such as motorcycles and off-road vehicles. He enjoyed bartering for all of these items online, then repairing and offering them for sale on various online markets. He also enjoyed caring for his many turtles and fish aquariums.
Gathering to share time with family and friends was his main focus throughout his entire life. He loved to laugh and joke. Those who knew him will remember him as a man who was there to help. Whether to fix a leak, provide a room for a friend, or offer to lend an ear.
From the age of 25, his life was challenged every day by Type 1 Diabetes. For many years he diligently attempted to control his blood sugars. Eventually his blood sugars controlled him. Through out the many hospital visits, he remained positive about a cure for diabetes.
Jason lived simply, shared all that he owned and welcomed everyone with a genuine open heart. He was always ready to help a friend, neighbor or family member. He gave anonymously, seldom bringing attention to himself. Jason was a casual guy. If you would like to honor his memory, please make an anonymous donation which provides food and/or shelter to people or animals.
Jason's smile and infectious laugh will be missed by all. His bright blue eyes encouraged communication at a deep level. He cared about the depth and spirit of others, respecting their beliefs. His hugs were determined to leave you feeling loved. He never missed an opportunity to say "I Love You." Jason was truly loved by so many. His gentle soul lives on in our hearts through out eternity.
