November 18, 1924, to Thomas and Gladys Venable. She married Willard Hardy October 26, 1942. Together she and her husband ran their own businesses in the solid waste management. After retirement they traveled the U.S. in their motorhome. For 14 years they took their motorhome to Mazatlán and enjoyed the warm climate with snow birds from Canada and colder U S regions.
Janiece loved entertaining, hosting dinners and card games for dear friends. As a member of the Hemet United Methodist Church, she assisted in the church office, women's auxiliary and volunteered at Vacation Bible School. She is survived by her 3 children,
Michael Hardy, Craig Hardy and Debi Lara; Her brother Calvin Venable. 8 Grandchildren, 14 Great-Grandchildren, and numerous
nieces and nephews. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Celebration of her life will be at 10:00 am Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Miller-Jones Mortuary, 1501 West Florida Avenue, Hemet California 92543.
