Born Tuesday, August 14, 1945 in Stockton, California .
He was employed by RCR Plumbing. Prior to that he was employed by Southcoast Plumbing.
Surviving are sons, Frank R. Garcia and Gabriel R. Garcia, daughter, Adrianna Manning, brothers, Robert Garcia and Ysidro Garcia, sisters, Annie Melendrez and Mary Lou Garcia, and grandchildren Aurora Manning and Joseph Garcia.
A Funeral service will be at 10:30 AM on Monday March 15, 2021 at McWane Family Funeral Home located at 350 N. San Jacinto St. Hemet, California 92543. Interment will be in Riverside National Cemetery.
