Frank proudly served in the United States Navy from 1980-1989 and was stationed in San Diego, CA. He then moved to Alamogordo, NM where he went back to school and obtained his AA degree from New Mexico State University Alamogordo. He then moved to Fort Worth, TX where he spent the last 18 years.
He is survived by his 2 children, mother Gloria Munoz, sisters Andi, Christine, Felice, Regina & Teresa, brothers, Mario, Danny (& wife Rissely) & Roman, 5 nieces and 8 nephews. He is preceded in death by his father Mario Munoz and brother, Edward.
Services for Frank will be held on Thursday, May 27, 2021.
Mass will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 5250 Central Avenue Riverside, CA 92504 at 9:30am followed by burial service at Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd, Riverside CA 92518.
