

Sept. 30th, 2012, at his Home in Canyon Lake surrounded by his loved ones.
He was born Feb. 28th, 1927, to Walter and Ressie Jackson in Clinton Kentucky.
Floyd served in the US Army during WW11 as a Military Policeman from July 1945
to January 1947. After returning from the war he met and married Anna Waite on
Nov. 21, 1947. Floyd first had a Gas Station on Olympic Blvd in Los Angeles. In 1949 Floyd started his own business Collecting Garbage and Ashes which led the way to Jackson Disposal Service in
Norwalk, Calif., which he successfully ran until he retired in 1976. In 1957 Floyd and Anna
built their Home in the Candlewood Country Club in Whittier, Calif. where they raised their 6 children.
He was an active member of the Norwalk Rotary Club for many years, an avid and enthusiastic golfer
and a diligent worker in the Tuesday Work Group in Canyon Lake.
Floyd and Anna enjoyed living and entertaining at their Canyon Lake Home with
their 6 Children, 13 Grandchildren , 3 Great Grandchildren and many friends where they moved to in early 1990.
Floyd is survived by his loving and devoted Wife Anna of 64 years, daughter Pamela Lang, son-in-law Allen of Bermuda Dunes, Ca. Son Randy and Daughter-In-Law Mary of Rowland Heights Calif. Daughter Annarose King, Son-In-Law Chris of Flagstaff AZ. Linda Nelson and Son-In-Law Terry of Hemet Calif. Son Richard Jackson and Daughter-In-Law Donna of
Las Vegas Nev. and Daughter Katie Sanders and Son-In-Law Rick of La Mirada Calif. He is also survived
by 13 loving Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.
