Born Wednesday, September 22, 1920 in Los Angeles, California , she was the daughter of the late John Mc Dermott and the late Pearl Stoebe Mc Dermott.
Fern was very proud of being a Registered Nurse for over 40 years. After retiring she began oil painting and realized she was very talented. She and her late husband built their own home. When going to St Vincents became to difficult she was Mass on TV. She loved her family and will be dearly missed.
Surviving are son, Jeff Dapper of Sierra Madre, CA, daughter Gerri Dole of Temecula, CA; She also leaves behind 5 grand children and many neices and nehpews.
A Visitation will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday July 5, 2011at Miller-Jones Sun City Mortuary located at 26770 Murrieta Road Sun City, California 92586. A Funeral Service will follow at 12:00 PM/ Interment will be in Riverside National Cemetery, Riverside, CA.
