Uncle Don was a blessing to so many.  So giving, so kind, always putting others' needs above his own.
He and Aunt Donna invited me into their home when I was an 18-yr old freshman at Azusa Pacific University.  I couldn't afford room and boar, let alone tuition so they offered me a much needed helping hand.
They always made me feel like I was a part of the family along with their daughters my cousins, Judy and Jani.
Everyone who was priviileged to know him or meet him benefited from his unfailing love, faith in God, and generous spirit.
He was selfless, steadfast, and loyal.
He always made everyone feel important from the youngest to the oldest.  
He always showed up to family events with something to share such as a picture he had taken or a fun activity.
I have so many great memories of the this dear man.
Some of my best memories at R Ranch when he would let his hair down (: and just hang out playing pool, hiking, playing dominoes (Mexican Train) with my dad, Aunt Ruth, and Aunt Donna.  The 4 of them were best friends and enjoyed regular game nights.
I don't think I could ever say thank you enough.  
Thank you Uncle Don for your legacy that lives on in all the members of your family and community.

My Grandpa George and Uncle Don were brothers and what I remember so much about both of them is how much they loved Jesus.  The singing of hymns and praise songs around the campfire in Estes summer 2018 with Uncle Don is and will always be a treasured memory.  I know he is singing those same praises with Jesus today and I look forward to the day when I can join him in heaven. He was a true man of God that left a legacy for many others.  I am blessed and grateful to have known him and call him family. Sent with hugs and love from all of the our family to all of the McCauleys.

I did not see Don very often, but when I did he was always so sweet and caring to me.  I admired his great faith and compassionate spirit.  I was blessed to have known him and will always remember he and Donna fondly.  Barbara McCauley

My grandpa George passed away much sooner than his brother Don, but I always felt so thankful to get to be with Don as he was like a grandfather to so many.  He was the consummate lover of people.  He did such a wonderful job of remembering names, inquiring about them, and genuinely caring for others.  He and Donna were such amazing examples of Godly individuals and a faith-filled couple.  I count it a privilege to be in their family, to have known them well, and to get to spend eternity with them both one day.  I have no doubt Don was met with the words, "Well done, my good and faithful servant".

I always admired Uncle Don for so many reasons. He was a true Godly man and shared his faith.  I remember so many of our family reunions that he worked so hard to organize and put together. He was one of the first ones to pitch in and help. He was always so hospitable to me when I visited. The last time I saw him was in 2012 right before my own dad passed away. He took us on a tour of Victory Ranch and let me ride his bike around the neighborhood. I have many fond memories of time spent with him. I rejoice that he is with Jesus and many loved ones now.

I remember when i was little Grandpa McCauley let us out slime on his head. I had sick good times with him. He was a sweet, kind, gentle man. Now he's home with our father in heaven in peace. I love you Grandpa and thank you for leaving me with a smile and fond memories.

Uncle Don was one of the kindest, most caring people I've ever known.  He was a blessing to many through his labor, gifts, kind words and a smile.  I remember him taking many pictures of family gatherings so the we would have lasting visual memories.  He will be greatly missed.  Shelley White

Uncle Don was one of my favorite relatives.  I had great respect for him, not only because of his service to our country,  but also because of his strong love for and stalwart faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.  He never came to my house without finding  something to be repaired and fixing it in the best way possible.  He was musical, creative and industrious right up until the day he died. I loved him and am looking forward to seeing him in Heaven! I know he rests in peace!
