Carol was born in Boston, Massachusetts on December 19, 1936 to Hamilton & Helen Gorhan of Boston. She married her Husband John Hurst Moody on May 25, 1968, they soon moved to California in 1970 for his job, and decided to stay and raise their family in Moreno Valley.
Carol then started working for March Air Force Base as a secretary for 31 years. If she was not working or caring for her family she was with her friends at the Red Hat Society, Tops, Weight Watchers, bridge club, or challenging herself with puzzles.
Carol cared most for her family and friends, helping both at every opportunity. She is survived by sons Joseph and John Moody, and Daughters Dorothy Moody and Susan Thomas, 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Funeral Services will be held on January 6, 2016 at Il Sorrento Community 23820 Ironwood Ave. Moreno Valley, Ca. @ 10:00 in the Club House. Following the service in the Club House there will be a Graveside Service @ Riverside National Cemetery, 11:45 Staging area # 4.
