God took an angel home all too soon. Amber Lynne Lowery, 40 of Ladera Ranch, California passed away on Tuesday, December 20, 2016. She was born on Thursday, May 13, 1976. She was preceded in death by her father, the late David Lowery and is survived by her mother, Deborah Whisman Blair along with her grandmother Josephine E. Whisman and three surviving siblings, Siegren Lopez, David J. Lowery, and Bethany Lowery. Her spirit is carried on by four nieces and a nephew, an extended family, and friends from every walk of life.
Amber was a successful entrepreneur and businesswoman. She was the CEO of Cool Capp for 16 years which has now expanded globally. Her business and financial savvy were keen, She knew her success was a gift given to her from God. She always felt that her money and success were to be used to help the people she loved. Her love and benevolent nature were rare in today's society.
Although God took her home early, we were blessed to learn many valuable lessons from Amber during her very short years here with us. Her fashion sense was unique and extraordinary. Her style and class were always complimented. The advice she left was, "Never wear black unless it's only "one" article of clothing. Even then it must be accented with bright colors to cover up the fact that you are even wearing black in the first place." "Always wear two contrasting colors so that your accessories and jewelry will pop!"
Amber taught us that life is too difficult and short to focus on pain and negativity when you can laugh at everything... literally! Her philosophy was let a cat (or two, or three ... ok five) share your bed because animals are God's furry angels. He gave us pets to love and care for and to remind us of His unconditional love. She learned that shopping on Zulily and Amazon were the best ways to get a deal without ever having to leave the comfort of your bedroom. She realized that being home with your fur babies, watching your favorite TV show, and shopping for clothes was the best way to decompress and avoid lines at the stores.
Amber always remained level headed, calm, cool and collected during any argument because she knew her composure would irritate people even more -- much to her amusement.
In her lifetime, Amber connected deeply with people time and time again with her wit, sense of humor, and selfless nature. She is an example of what God expects in all of us. She will be always remembered as a beautiful daughter, caring sister, loving aunt, and faithful friend and will forever be missed by those who loved her.
