Allen Harold Carter was born on August 1, 1931 in Los Angeles, California to Harold Carter and Alice Carter. Allen served in the U.S. Army for 2 years. For over 53 years Allen was a Machinist in the Aerospace Industry. He was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints. His hobbies included gardening, recycling, bike riding, and tinkering "woodworking". He especially enjoyed taking his loving wife Alice to the local restaurant "Jenny's".
On January 25, 2014 Allen went home to be with the Lord. He was preceded in death by his parents; to forever cherish his memory is his wife, Alice Warren-Carter; sons, Allen Carter Jr. (Suzanne), Edward Carter (Peter), Donald Carter (Florentino) and Bruce Keys (Tannia); grandchildren, Laura, Allen, Bianca, Jennifer, and Nichole; great-grandchildren, Bella Marie, Delilah, Angelo, Julia Rose and a bundle of joy on the way; brothers, John Carter and Ben Carter; sister, Kathy Trainer as well as numerous other family members and friends.
